Each EMBA class remains together for the entire two-year program. Students are organized in study groups for the duration of the program, fostering collaboration on course work and the development of peer-to-peer connections throughout the program. This collaborative approach provides invaluable continuity, mutual support and facilitates the application of classroom learning.
Study groups allow for:
- Extended interaction among group members that enhances learning and sharing of knowledge, along with other practical benefits to each participant.
- Diversity of individuals with various professional backgrounds within the class to be shared, so that participants interact with and learn from those who possess different perspectives and expertise.
- Peer support that assists mid-career professionals in maintaining their commitment to career, family, and education.
- Development of strong bonds with group members that lasts far beyond graduation.
